Tara was very friendly and helpful. She was also very patient when we had to pull the listing off the market for a couple of months. She helped us negotiate a sell that fit what we were looking for. We moved out before the window we ordered was installed and Tara met the installer and stayed while the window got replaced. The extra work from her is greatly appreciated.

Tara McCoy was our realtor for the sale of 2448 East Saint Vrain which sold on 10-18-21. I have known Tara for about 5 years and she is a very competent, pleasant, smart, communicative and also in many other ways a superior realtor. We would love to recommend Tara to anyone who is buying or selling a house. She is extremely knowledgable about the housing market in our area and is great at communicating with us about our needs, addressing any issues, and providing a means of resolving them in a timely and efficient fashion. I truly wish that we had met her when we first came to Colorado because we would have had nowhere near the stress that we encountered with previous agents when buying and selling homes. Anyone would be a fool not to give her a try.

Tara is a wonderful estate agent - professional, knowledgeable and extremely attentive to the individual home desires of her clients. I worked with Tara for several years to find the perfect home for my family. During that long time, she stayed in contact by sending me updates on properties coming in the market that fit my criteria. She made direct contact when she found “hot sales” that she wanted to make sure I saw. I never felt like Tara was pushing me to buy a property or she was just trying to make a sale. I felt like she truly was looking out for my best interests and working hard on my behalf to get the house I wanted at the absolute lowest price possible. I highly recommend Tara for anyone wanting to buy a property in Colorado Springs area!
