Thomas was recommended by a few coworker of mine. I was moving my family cross country and I can honestly say we wouldn't have been able to buy our house the month we landed in NC if it wasn't for Thomas.

He's been extremely patient, flexible, and knowledgeable. We met almost 9 month before we closed on our house but given the whole cross country aspect, he FaceTime while we were looking. Our primary concern was being able to trust realtor who will work on our behalf for long period of time. We met a few other realtor but he was the only one who was willing to say what's hard to achieve, what may need to be a tradeoff, and have other honest conversation. He was also the only one who prepped some reports ahead of our fist meeting to discuss history and what to expect based on comp, unlike others who were too eager to show us a place even after stating we weren't ready.
