Tim was very helpful and understanding about my purchasing situation. I was purchasing this home while living in another state. In this current market, we all know you need to move quickly. I was purchasing it without seeing it in person. My daughter looked at it and took some photos, but Tim wanted me to be totally comfortable with putting in an offer so scheduled a Zoom call so he could go through the home slowly and point out all of the details. His advice helped my offer be the one that was accepted. He made the whole process very easy.

This is my second time having Tim Haber help with my home needs. The first I selected him through zillow based off several reviews that said he was awesome for "first time buyers" and I definitely agree. Tim is very informative and very involved when it comes to looking up home history, understanding home needs, and discussing with sellers. When it came time to sell my home it was a no brainer that I wanted to reach out to Tim. He never really stayed out of contact anyway. He was helpful in getting our home ready to list and didn't give up on our dreams of our new home we needed to buy. I think the biggest driving factor is that when you meet with Tim you know he just knows his stuff and he can break it down for you in ways you can understand whats needed, or help in areas you dont understand. He just has the right personality for what he does and he really puts work into his job. I cannot reccommed Tim enough to anyone with home buying or selling needs,
