I did not realize that real estate had been my whole adult life until now, as I type this bio about my first love—real estate. I worked in Community Development with the city's historical preservation department and out-of-state developers, handling rolls of blueprints, community improvements, planning and zoning, and issuing building and plumbing permits to contractors. After moving to Atlanta, GA, I worked for a large title and appraisal company. In 2000, I became a real estate appraiser.
