I don't even know where to start. Tracy worked with my fiance and I from 2015 to 2017; whenever we finally bought our house. She was patient with us the entire year and a half of us searching.
Tracy took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted. She was always going into a house looking for anything that would cause us issues down the road, told us about the level of difficulty on diy projects, and told us if she thought the house had potential. We always felt we were on the same page as her. We worked with her for so long and she never made us feel pressured or rushed. She truly wanted us to find our perfect home.
Now writing the contract! She is extremely clever and knowledgeable when it comes to writing and negotiating the contract. We were able to out negotiate 3 other offers on our perfect home with her clever writing and knowledge of the market.
