We started making offers in 2022 and were in bidding wars and inspections that did not end up well so he spent quite a bit of time with me. This purchase made me realize that it is best to have a realtor because sometimes sellers promise items initially, but change some of the details when it is time to sign paperwork. Vince was able to go to bat for me and close the deal with almost everything that was promised. He is also very skilled in pointing out items around the house that had to be addressed before closing, and items to keep in mind for future maintenance I will definitely call Vince when I buy my next house.

Many times realtors get a bad rap for being overly pushy and/or unresponsive. Vince is neither of these things, quite the opposite in fact. Vince is very friendly, and most importantly, extremely helpful. He has been excellent to my wife and I in the process of buying a home. Vince was able to get me, a first time home buyer who knows nothing about anything all the way from finding a home to completing a very tight contract deadline with no problems whatsoever. He has been a pleasure to work with, and is a true class act for realtors everywhere.
Vince truly went above and beyond by being always available despite a difference in time zones, providing useful suggestions on best practices, and good information on services/insurance throughout the buying process.
Maybe this is a bit paranoid of me, but I also feel it's worth mentioning that as someone in a position who didn't know better, it's very relieving and feels great to see at the bottom line that I wasn't taken advantage of in any way. Perhaps this lack of experience is also a bias in my judgement, but at the end of the day, you're in good hands with Vince. And that's what matters.
