Vince helped me purchase two homes (and also sold one for me) up to now. Same consistent friendliness, professionalism and expertise every time. We started making offers in 2022 and were in bidding wars and inspections that did not end up well so he spent quite a bit of time with me. This purchase made me realize that it is best to have a realtor because sometimes sellers promise items initially, but change some of the details when it is time to sign paperwork. Vince was able to go to bat for me and close the deal with almost everything that was promised. He is also very skilled in pointing out items around the house that had to be addressed before closing, and items to keep in mind for future maintenance I will definitely call Vince when I buy my next house.
