Wisam is a very friendly agent to work with. He has the patient that the clients need and never gives up. He always asks clients about their feedback after each show and hears carefully to them to get to know what are the characteristics and features that they are looking for. Even at moments that clients feel down and think they will never find their future home, he keeps looking, searching, and encouraging not to pressure, but keeping it positive. What I liked about Wisam is that he put the effort to learns about the neighborhoods that go to with the clients to be ready to answer their questions or give them the information about the property surrounding. As well as, he always offers recommendations and pieces of advice. He always investigates to find answers to his client's question in a short wait time if he doesn't already have an answer. He keeps clients updated with the process starting with submitting the offer up to get the keys. Even after closing, Wisam helped in recourses of agencies for moving, gardening, plumping, etc.

Wisam was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Being a first time homebuyer, I didn't know what to expect in terms of the finite details. Wisam took the time to explain what happens in each step of the process and the steps to follow.
