He is a great realtor, he wouldn't push you on something that you don't like. I mean, he would show you all open houses that he thinks you can afford it. But, if you say no to those houses he just showed, he would look for more for you to check until you see what you like with affordable price.

He is very considerate that if you ask him to check a place right a away, he wouldn't hesitate to say no to you.

The best experience for the first time seller. It so comforting to know, that it is good professional and great person by your side, who will lead you, and fight for you, if necessary. He was excellent and very fair and tolerant of our needs. He dealt with us for a long time and stood by us until we managed to find the right house for us. If it was anyone else, I strongly believe they would have left us a long time ago.

Wisam had tools (Docusign) that made the exchange of contracts timely, and signing easy. He would inform us through text that the forms are should be ready in our e-mail. He also did walkthrough through phone calls for critical sections of contracts before we sign them. He has good overview of the house and shared both positive and negative aspects of the property.
Wisam’s advice on how to strategize in making an offer for an asking price made a big impact for us to purchase our first home.
