I found Yvette on the internet. She was a huge blessing from the beginning! She was always available and helped me with everything! We found our house last Aug. Yvette is the most amazing realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. And I used to be in real estate so I know a lot of realtors. (I just didn’t want to go through anyone I knew personally) Yvette held my hand throughout the whole home buying process as I was a new homebuyer. She worked amazingly with my fabulous lender Rocket Mortgage. Together, the two ladies were able to get me into a home in just 12 weeks!!! Considering the Arizona market today and how investors are sweeping up investment properties with their cash offers and their five day close is ridiculous, but Yvette worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for me and my children.
