Zachary Newman was awesome. I was very fortunate to have him as my first realtor ever. He was extremely knowledgeable. He became well acquainted with what i was looking for and what I may qualify for under my pre-qualified loan terms. On a number of occasions, we would visit a potential property, and he would easily identify possible problems that would either hinder the ability of the property to get approved under my mortgage terms, or may pose a problem down the road. He gave very sound advice and/or pointed out red flags when looking at homes. He was very responsive in all of our correspondence; to the point where I was hearing hiccups and issues regarding the approval of my loan from him first, before my mortgage loan team would alert me. More than often, he would have a offer written up for potential home in less than a day. He was patient with me as we looked at a number of homes and did not show any frustration with my hesitancy toward certain homes. I cannot thank him enough for viewing homes on my schedule, sometimes driving across town to show me a home late into the evening due to my work schedule. I will definitely use Zach again should i ever buy or sell in the years to come.

I went with Zack because he was new to the business at the time. Because of that I knew he was building his clientele and would work hard to do a great job. He was dealing with a tough situation with us because I had moved to Florida and my wife was left to sell the house before she could join me. When I spoke with him about this he said he would work with us in the transition. He did a great job and worked well with our realtor here as well, especially with the timing of buying in Florida and selling in California. If I had it to do over again I'd pick him without reservations. Thank you Zack.
