Home prices in Northwest Huntsville have eased slightly on a rolling three-month basis, with the typical home value down less than 1% from a year ago and more sharply lower than early summer levels. Compared with the broader Huntsville city median of about $336,000, values in this neighborhood are notably lower, which may appeal to budget-conscious buyers.
Inventory has expanded over the past year, with active listings up nearly 9% and months of supply more than doubling to 4.7 months.
