Kenneth was the realtor we never knew we needed! We didn’t know him before we began our search for a new home in 2024! We kept him as our realtor to sell our home and he honestly helped us in more ways outside of his “job description” than most would! He became a friend and always has our best interest at heart! Kenneth was exceptional in his responsiveness to our requests to view the property on several occasions. He always responded to our questions and needs as the purchase process progressed. It was a contingency purchase, and he was very helpful during the month and a half that process continued. He regularly communicated with us via phone, email, and texts so that we were up to date at all times on to closing date. A great agent.
