Downtown Huntsville shows notable month-to-month movement in this rolling three-month view ending in September 2026. The typical home value rose about 5 percent from the prior period while the median list price jumped more than 20 percent, signaling sellers are testing higher price points. Inventory also expanded, with active listings up around 26 percent and new listings climbing nearly 46 percent.
