Looking ahead to March 2026, projections point to further softening in prices and a slight increase in supply. Typical home values are expected to hover near $521,250, with a projected median list price of about $486,125. Inventory is forecast to tick up to around 16 homes.
Over the past year, values in Copper Creek Estates climbed about 20% even as nearby Oro Valley as a whole saw typical values dip roughly 4.7% to $505,750, highlighting this neighborhood’s stronger price growth.
