Desert Palms had 41 new listings and 36 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 120—up 6.19% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.

Of those 120 active listings, 35.0% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Desert Palms grew 13.27% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $589,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year.
