This review is long overdue. I was looking to rent my condo almost two years ago at this point. Yelp has always done right by me so I trusted the recommendations. I spoke with a few other property managers and everyone was wanting to rent my condo for a lot less. Brian agreed to rent it at a price we were comfortable with. Brian was very good at communicating and was patient with all of our questions. My husband met with him initially and then we met with him again after I reviewed the contract at home. Everything looked good. We updated a few things in the condo in preparation to rent it and he gave us a few other good suggestions as well. Brian was a property manager I felt knew what he was doing and we got the sense he would take care of everything for us. The monthly amount for his services is great and we have peace of mind with Brian's services. I've known Brian going on a dozen years. We first met when I hired him to sell my first home. He then helped me purchase another. The time came when I wanted to sell that property. It had been almost a decade since we'd last spoken, but I immediately sought him out. I knew I could count on Brian. He's honest and truly cares about his clients.
