The typical home value over the past three months is up about 15 percent year over year, and the average sale-to-list price ratio has climbed to just above 100 percent, showing that many sellers are still achieving close to their asking prices. Around 43 percent of recent sales closed above list price, only a little lower than last year, which underscores solid demand for desirable properties.
