Santa Fe had 13 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in May, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 8—down 42.86% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in June.
The median listing price for homes in Santa Fe fell 4.6% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $799,000. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year.
