Central Oxnard’s rolling three-month data through May 2026 points to a tight but active market, with some notable shifts in recent months. The typical home value rose about 3 percent month over month and is up nearly 9 percent compared with a year earlier, while the median list price climbed almost 6 percent in the past three months and a bit over 2 percent year over year. At the same time, active listings dropped nearly 18 percent from the prior three-month period and are down about 31 percent from a year ago, underscoring limited inventory.
