Justin really went above and beyond in helping me to the finish line of a condo purchase, aiding me through some of my concerns and contacting the HOA of the building on my behalf to due a maximum level of due diligence that helped me feel good about the purchase. I couldn’t be more happy with Clear Way. Justin was representing the sellers of a house I really wanted to buy after looking for a while. At the last minute as I was finalizing my loan with a company I had been working with for over a year and it fell through.

I am sure it would have been easier for Justin to have just moved on to another buyer, but he bent over backwards, helping me connect with another lender and accelerating the process so it wouldn’t put his clients in a position where they had to wait for me. He also helped me with the minor repairs we needed to do to complete escrow which I had committed to do in my offer.

I was able to get the perfect house, and through Justin had a great relationship with the prior owners, as we both worked very hard to help with the other with their situation’s.

I was so impressed With Justin and his team that I use them to help me rent out the condo that I had moved out of to move into my new house.

I can’t imagine anyone who would’ve done a better job for me, even though I initially I wasn’t even his client. His client got everything they wanted when they wanted it, despite the problems I had, and I was still able to get my dream house.
