When my husband and I were first time home buyers we didn't know much about the housing market. Working with Joel was a life saver! He was very attentive to our every question and concern (and we had so many!), always quick to respond in detail to our emails or texts. We ended up buying a short sale which required us to act swiftly. Joel was right by our side the whole way and helped us feel comfortable with such a big purchase. We valued his expertise so much that when my mom needed a realtor to list a duplex she owned with questionable tenants and needed to get rid of it in a timely manner, Joel was our first choice. He took care of EVERYTHING from listing to stubborn tenants to dealing with all their hoarded trash they left behind. I would be so upset during this process but Joel always was so optimistic and proactive and did it all with a smile and a good attitude; I don't know how he does it day in and day out!
