It was a wonderful - stress free process. Mike was in contact with us almost everyday to keep us updated with the status and documents that would be headed our way. He ALWAYS answered any text or email within a matter of minutes, and not once did we have to reach out a second time. His advertising, both print and on line was amazing. The vendors he used were professional and the images were top quality. His negotiation skills were very well handled, and and each written correspondence to the prospective buyers was correct and in detail. Mike also took it upon himself to proof all of the out going and incoming escrow docs as well.
