My 93-year-old aunt was having serious medical issues and could no longer live alone, so we needed to move her north to be close to family as soon as possible. Patty Billings Malone came to our rescue. My Northern California realtor of may years actually researched for us, and recommended Patty.

Patty was quick to respond and was able to visit us the same day, which we greatly appreciated. We were on a tight timeline, as we needed everything in place for the sale of her condo before we left.

Patty had to help us in so many ways! I flew north with my aunt a few days before the movers came to pick up her furniture etc. They were late, really late, like maybe 10 hours! Patty made it happen in spite of the obstacles. She prepared my aunt's home for open houses while furniture was still there, moving boxes into closets, supervising the cleaners, she even sent me photos, the condo looked beautiful!

Patty has a great "can do" attitude, which carried us through. It was a big responsibility for me, handling the process from our end for my 93 year old aunt, and Patty just supported me every step of the way. Exemplary effort on her part.
