Cherryvale-Hoover Hills is seeing some big month-to-month adjustments in this rolling three-month view, with median list prices dropping sharply while typical home values have slipped only slightly. Active listings are up from earlier in the summer, yet only one home sold in the most recent three-month period, a steep decline from a few months ago.
