Year over year on a rolling three-month basis, Empire’s prices have surged while listing trends have shifted. The typical home value is up sharply, rising about 127 percent compared with a year ago. At the same time, the median list price has fallen more than 20 percent year over year, reflecting different mixes of homes coming to market and seller pricing strategies.
