Holiday’s rolling three-month data through August 2026 shows prices easing slightly compared with a year ago. Typical home values are down less than 1 percent year over year, and median list prices have dipped by about 1 percent as well. At the same time, homes are taking longer to sell than a year ago, with median days on market up about 7 percent.
