August was perfect! She listened to everything I said when we first met for a tour and found me a great property a couple days on the market. She is very helpful in the process and fights to help you close. I had a pest inspection that hung up my closing over moisture levels in the joists. She contacted them and helped me negotiate with public residential building codes to get the report rewritten. 10/10 would recommend!
