Homes are taking longer to sell, with the median days on market stretching to 69 days in July and rising strongly from the previous month. Still, nearly 29 percent of properties are selling above list price and the average sale-to-list ratio has climbed to about 98 percent, indicating serious buyers are willing to pay close to asking when the fit is right. Compared with Georgia overall, Bleckley County has lower prices and less supply than the state’s 5.3 months, so local dynamics can feel different from the broader market.
