-Works with you and seller to get you inside to see the home if you have limited hours due to busy work schedules

-If you are apprehensive about the home buying process. He will take extra time to educate you and your family to ensure that you can get all your ducks in a row before continuing the home buying process

-I have only bought one home so far and he met and exceed the needs of me and my family from a realtor stand point. No question did not have an answer, even if it was not a positive in our favor one. Never hid truth about property issues due to sales disruption or profit margin.
