Looking ahead to March 2026, projections suggest typical values could edge up to around $251,275 even as the projected median list price dips slightly to $243,175 and inventory moves down to 823 homes. Around 26 percent of listings seeing price drops indicates that sellers are adjusting expectations to meet current demand.
