“Heather was our realtor for both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one. Her communication was excellent and her advice was invaluable. She truly listened to what we wanted out of both transactions. We could not be happier with the service we received. She made a stressful situation lot easier to handle. We highly recommend Heather for any real estate needs.”

“I’ve known Stacey for over 15 years, and she has always been someone I can trust completely. She has helped me with my home more than once, and every single time she shows up fully—prepared, organized, and ready to handle anything. Stacey is truly on top of everything. She follows through, communicates clearly, and keeps the process moving smoothly from start to finish. She’s dependable, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable.”
“We loved working with Chantelle, her experience, knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Chantelle helped us and communicated with us continually throughout the process. Chantelle's personal contact made the sale of our loved ones property less stressful.”
“Sydney was the listing agent of the property we were interested in viewing. We had to travel over 11 hours to get to Sandpoint and another offer had come in. Our request was to please let the sellers know that there would likely be an offer coming in, and hoped they would wait for 3 days until we could get there. She relayed that information, and the sellers waited for us. It's sometimes a very hard task to be the listing and selling agent, but Sydney has a skill set that many don't possess and her dual roll in negotiations ended up with the successful contract. Additionally, she helped us by making calls and directed us to proper agencies and professionals to have our questions answered regarding rules and regulations for building a home in the area. Excellent, excellent. Sydney is a jewel!”
“Four years ago we bought our house through Lynn. We were extremely empressed. She remain our friend as we settled in our home. Four years later we needed to sell our house. We went to Lynn. Again Lynn outdid my expectations with a quick, effecient sale. I would recommend to anyone selling a house in the Caldwell-Namp area, GO LYNN”
“Rick was responsive and knowledgeable. smooth process”
“I couldn't have found anyone better than Creta.”
“Matt and Dianna continued to work with me to get this house sold. It was a long process and I think both buyer and myself were happy in the end. To me, that is a win!”
“Debbie Taylor was a pleasure to work with. We are moving from out of state, which creates some special concerns. Debbie was always available to answer questions, calm our nerves, and advise us on situations that we had not considered. Debbie went above and beyond by face timing the property, making a floor plan to help us plan our furniture, and guiding us to a list of local professionals that also were extremely helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. She has been very welcoming. I feel like I have a new friend. I would highly recommend Debbie Taylor!”
“What we really liked about Brooke was that she was not pushy or high pressure. We had another realtor before Brooke and he was very pushy, calling and texting us even after we told him we had found someone else. Brooke patiently showed us houses that we would never buy so that we could narrow down what would work for us. She was frank and came accross as genuine. Our kids are looking for a condo on the lake and they have told other realors that they are working with Brooke because they know how we were treated. We can't thank her enough.”
“Kim was successful in finding several potential buyers and navigating through a close. Within days of signing Kim, she had my property advertised. She is an experienced agent regarding the ability to evaluate comps and identify a fair market price.”
“Very happy with the service we got from the agent recommended to us by Agent Pronto. Gail's extensive knowledge of the area, and her ability to find answers to all our questions, was key to our success in buying our retirement dream home.”
“Jessica was amazing. No matter the question I had or advice I asked, I felt that she genuinely cared and got the answers for me. She was knowledgeable and could even suggest others to help get things done. Thank you for recommending her. Even after our home sale was finished, she still checked in to see how we were doing!”
