I can't say enough good things about Doug. He not only sold a house to our son and his family, he also was instrumental in getting us into a house that we never thought was possible. We had not sold our current property, but found the dream home we've spent several months looking for. We didn't think it was possible to buy the new house, but Doug has so much experience and knowledge that he was able to find a way to make it work. He was with us every step of the way, working day and night for us, even while he was on vacation. He went over and above by finding us contacts to have work done in the house, negotiating pricing with the contacts, and having weeds pulled, the lawn mowed, fertilized and watered for a month before we even moved in so it would look perfect!
