Steve sold our house the first weekend on the market, for well over asking, but that's honestly only part of the reason he was a great realtor to sell our house. When our buyer had a medical emergency the day of closing, Steve was able to help us manage the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible after we had already left the state. I'm truly grateful for everything he did for us!
