Douglas County is seeing modest inventory with 55 active listings in May and 2.3 months of supply, which signals a lean seller’s market. Homes are moving more quickly than a month ago, with median days on market dropping from 81 in April to 54 in May. Contract activity is mixed, as homes sold rose slightly to 17 while pending sales slipped to 15.
