Midlothian currently leans toward sellers, with the market gauge indicating a seller’s market. Months of supply sits at 2.7, which is still relatively tight even after rising about 12 percent year over year. Active listings are nearly flat compared with a year ago, up just under 2 percent, so inventory is not expanding dramatically.
