Hi, I’m Maddie Kurtz, REALTOR® with Realtopia Real Estate, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Chicagoland and the surrounding suburbs.

With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, I understand that buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction. It’s a major life decision, and having the right agent beside you can make all the difference. My goal is to make the process as clear, comfortable, and stress-free as possible while ensuring my clients always feel informed, supported, and heard.

My real estate background also includes two years as Director of Broker Support, where I worked closely with and mentored other real estate professionals. That experience strengthened my knowledge of contracts, negotiations, problem-solving, and the many details that go into successfully guiding a transaction from beginning to end.

I’m also proud to have earned my Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource® (SFR®) certification. These additional areas of education allow me to better assist clients who may be downsizing, transitioning from a longtime home, helping an aging family member, or facing a more complicated real estate situation.

I work with buyers, sellers, renters, investors, first-time homebuyers, seniors, and those considering new construction. Every client and every situation is different, so I believe real estate should never feel like a one-size-fits-all experience.
