Over the latest rolling three-month period ending in April 2026, Polo has seen home values climb noticeably compared with a year ago. The typical home value is up nearly 15 percent year over year, and the median list price has surged by about 70 percent over the same span. New listings have more than doubled from a year earlier, indicating that more owners are deciding to test the market.
