“I highly recommend working with Cesar. One of the things I liked best about working with him was that he really seemed to have my best interests at heart. This man will be pulling out his phone light checking basement corners for any signs of mold or water and checking above every stove to see if there’s a proper vent or not. He noticed many things on walk throughs that my parents and I may have just breezed right past and he makes sure to point out the things he notices, good or bad. They say never trust a sales person but idk, I think Cesar’s just in it for the love of the game at this point. I dragged this man to a LOT of houses and he never once rushed me. He was very insistent that we need to find the right fit for me and that I not go past the amount of money I was comfortable with. This was my first time buying a home so I had about 80,000 questions and he was always happy to talk through any questions or concerns. He’s a fun guy to work with as well.
