Sarah was familiar with the situation with my brother. She was not pushy about getting me to sell after his death. That was extremely important. She gave my family time to grieve & clean out the house. She let me contact her when we were ready. Sarah knew all along the house was going as is. She also was aware I had 3 siblings that had to agree.
