We ran into a huge sewer issue during inspections, and I was highly confident that the deal would fall through. Colleen fought back hard, and the seller gave a credit to repair not half but the whole sewer line. The home was to be sold as is, but we ended up with a large seller credit. There was never a point in the transaction that I was lost as to what was going on.
