Colleen is an excellent realtor. She understood what we needed and made every effort to make it happen. She gave us time when we needed it and guidance when we asked for it. She was an amazing person to work with, always staying on top of the details and taking care of the next step for us to close on time. She is a true advocate for her clients, handling issues when they arise. For example, we had a situation where the fridge was missing from the purchased home after closing even though it was suppose to stay per the contract. She handled the liaising with with the sellers agent, negotiated a favorable solution for us, and saw it through to completion. We would love to work with her again in the future.
