Homes are moving much faster than earlier in the year, with the median days on market falling from 35 in May to just 10 in June, and roughly 40 percent going off-market within two weeks. Inventory has also ticked up month over month, while months of supply has eased to 2.2, confirming a seller’s market but not an extreme one.
