“My husband and I were first time home buyers, and nervous about finding a realtor we could trust. We were so fortunate to find Brandi! We knew nothing about buying a home, but Brandi made it simple, thoroughly explaining each step to us, and guiding us through every one. She looked after our interests so well, and it gave us peace of mind knowing we were in such good hands. She truly puts her clients needs first, and works so hard for them! We were looking in a pretty wide geographical range, but she patiently drove all over to take us to any house we were interested in. She never got frustrated, or impatient, and poured countless hours into aiding us in our search. She was very responsive, at any time of the day that we had a question or found a house we wanted to look at, and often squeezed a viewing for us in the same day we found a home. Brandi became so much more than just a realtor to our family. We will absolutely go back to Brandi if we ever buy or sell again!”

“My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Laura Beatty to purchase our first family home in Ellettsville, Indiana after completing a military PCS move. From the very start, Laura went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail, deep local knowledge, and strong network of trusted contacts for inspections and repairs made all the difference. She has a sharp eye for potential issues in both homes and paperwork, ensuring we were protected every step of the way. Laura’s professionalism, honesty, and genuine care turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into an exciting new chapter for our family. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, we found the perfect starter home, and we’re beyond grateful. We highly recommend Laura Beatty to anyone buying in the Bloomington or Ellettsville area, especially military families.”
“Could not be happier with Rebekah Sims. She was delightful to work with. She was an open book. Excellent communication. Always got right back to us whenever we had any questions. If you know what you're looking for and want someoneone to make it happen with no nonsense, she is your person. At the same time she is incredibly nice and pleasant to deal with. She made what could have been a stressfull experience into a total pleasure. Couldn't recommend Rebekah more highly.”

He not only knows the real estate market inside and out, but he also has a vast knowledge of local contractors who can take care of any issue found during the process.”
“Cindy and Michael Stockhaus are, by far, the best realtors I've dealt with. Aside from their professionalism, their communication, their availability, their patience, and their overall knowledge, they are people with heart. This wasn't an easy sale, for any of us, but they maintained professionalism and absolutely seemed to care about me and what I was going through in this process of selling my dad's home. Thank you for the recommendation!”
“Justin was most helpful dealing with an uncooperative property manager. He got the property sold quickly. I was very happy with his performance.”
“Carlos was fantastic! He took charge when the buyer's relator wasn't moving things along. Carlos gave very honest feedback to our questions. We have been referring friends and family to Carlos nonstop since partnering with him to sell our home.”
