“I always say that Scott is an amzing salesman and made for "selling". He has a great way to connect with people and staying in touch with them. He's the most favorite neighbor in our neighborhood. Me and my wife were sure that whenever we sell our house, Scott is the one who is going to help us. Heather was also a big help in arranging the house and getting utilities ready for sale. Her marketing skills were greatly appreciated. Thank you Scott and Heather and wish you the best! Rest assured that I will recommend your name to anyone and everyone I know!”

“My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Laura Beatty to purchase our first family home in Ellettsville, Indiana after completing a military PCS move. From the very start, Laura went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail, deep local knowledge, and strong network of trusted contacts for inspections and repairs made all the difference. She has a sharp eye for potential issues in both homes and paperwork, ensuring we were protected every step of the way. Laura’s professionalism, honesty, and genuine care turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into an exciting new chapter for our family. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, we found the perfect starter home, and we’re beyond grateful. We highly recommend Laura Beatty to anyone buying in the Bloomington or Ellettsville area, especially military families.”

“Cindy and Michael Stockhaus are, by far, the best realtors I've dealt with. Aside from their professionalism, their communication, their availability, their patience, and their overall knowledge, they are people with heart. This wasn't an easy sale, for any of us, but they maintained professionalism and absolutely seemed to care about me and what I was going through in this process of selling my dad's home. Thank you for the recommendation!”
