“Danielle is absolutely amazing!!! I was looking for a house in NW Indiana but lived 2200 miles away when I saw a listing on Zillow that looked like it would be perfect for me. It went under contract soon after, so I sent a message through Zillow to let them know of my interest, just in case the status changed. I got connected to Danielle who contacted me immediately. She said she would definitely keep me updated on the status and also gave me a lot of great information and insights about the market at that time. She said she could definitely work with me in my search, even though I lived so far away. On that first call I could tell how sharp, knowledgeable, and personable she was and had no reservations at all about moving forward with her as my agent. Whenever I was in town, she would line up a few places a day to see so that she could get a feel for what I was looking for and I could see what my options were. When I wasn’t there, she sent me MLS listings in case there was one that I wanted to come out to see. Danielle was always incredibly responsive, patient, and flexible throughout the whole process. One day, I saw a listing that I definitely wanted to see…but I wasn’t in town. Danielle set up a showing on a Wednesday and headed over there to give me a virtual tour on her smartphone. Danielle helped me figure out the travel logistics, and I flew out on a red-eye on Thursday night. She had a driver pick me up at O’Hare so I could meet her at the house before the 10:00am deadline. When I saw it, I loved the place!!…the offer was solid so all I had to do was wait.
