River Park had 37 new listings and 28 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 16—down 11.11% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
The median listing price for homes in River Park fell 4.06% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $149,900. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year.
