Western Hills homes have been taking much longer to sell in the latest rolling three-month view, with a median of 164 days on the market, up sharply from just a few months ago and far higher than typical citywide timelines. Even with this slower pace, nearly 18% of listings still go under contract within two weeks, showing that well-positioned homes can move quickly.

Prices have been shifting as activity changes. The typical home value over the period is about $179,840, which is up strongly year over year even as it has dipped compared with earlier this spring.
