Inventory in Bath has loosened in the latest rolling three-month view, with active listings edging down just slightly year over year while months of supply has climbed about 68 percent to 3.5. New listings are up more than 10 percent from a year ago and pending sales have risen nearly 10 percent, pointing to more homes both coming to market and moving under contract.
