Year over year, Portland’s rolling three-month data shows prices edging higher while sales activity has cooled. The typical home value is up about 6% from a year ago, landing around $607,000 in the latest period. At the same time, homes sold and new listings are both running more than 10% below last year, signaling fewer transactions overall.
