I would definitely recommend Shannon White as a realtor. We were given her name as a recommendation and when we reached out to her, she responded the same day. We started viewing homes within a few days. The first home we wanted to view was put under contract that day, unfortunately and we were denied a viewing. We spent three weeks looking at homes and at the end of the three weeks, Shannon, sent us a posting of the first home we had wanted to see. The house was back on the market and Shannon remembered how much I had wanted to see it!! We went the very next day for a viewing. We put in an offer that same day, the next morning we woke up to being under contract! This was in April/May of 2023 when the housing market was insanely busy, homes were being put under contract the same day they were going on the market. If I were to ever to buy/sell another house, I would definitely use Shannon again. She responded to all of our messages within minutes. She knew what we were looking for in a house and would recommend ones that fit our needs/wants. If she had scheduling conflicts, she would have another realtor meet us at the viewing. She was very professional. Shannon also gave us a really nice home warming basket with really nice items inside. She gave us a cutting board with our last names on it. Same with the coasters. Two travel coffee mugs, and gourmet cup cakes which were delicious! And the basket they were in, is a really nice basket. She definitely went above and beyond making sure we had the best experience going through this process.
