Within the first text messages back and fourth I could tell we were going to love her. Upon our first time meeting Tavia in person we didn’t find our dream home, but we still spent about 45 minutes in the driveway of that house talking with her and I could tell we found our dream realtor. When you choose to work with Tavia, can tell she really cares about you and about finding the perfect home for you. She is patient, and a great listener. She makes you feel like friends more than just clients. While still being focused and motivated on finding you your home. She helped us buy our home in May of 2024.
